OUR MISSION
Our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved youth in the Greater Los Angeles area by supporting local nonprofits that provide mentorship, education, creative outlets, safety, and opportunity to children, teens and young adults.
With a focus on transforming individual contributions into tangible, life-changing projects, we are dedicated to building a community of women who lead with purpose, vote with heart, and believe that lasting change starts close to home.

What sets WIN apart...
Our members who are already philanthropic and socially conscious, have the opportunity to build a new community of like-minded women through joining together on committees, site visits and on our organized volunteer days for nonprofits we have made grants to. This encourages our members to be involved, no matter what their time commitments allow.

OUR STORY
Women Inspiring NextGen was started in 2023 by a handful of friends who believed that individual donations could be transformed into high impact community change. We quickly grew the first year to 120 members and now have over 150 members ranging from 21-92 years old.
Members come together in committees, volunteer days and social events. There is opportunity to be as involved as you would like or just support our work, financially.

Women’s Giving Circles have a long, inspiring history of grassroots philanthropy. They reflect what we already know: women show up, lift each other, and give with both head and heart.
